We're an authorized Silicon Graphics Independent Hardware Developer -- our products come with specialized mounting brackets for Silicon Graphics workstations. Our extensive inventory includes a full range of memory upgrades, featuring memory from Kingston Technology Corporation. We offer disk drives, RAID arrays, optical drives, CD-ROMs, disk and tape enclosures, and high-impedance SCSI cables and terminators.

Legasys peripherals complement all UNIX workstations, including Silicon Graphics' Indigo, Indigo2, Indigo2 IMPACT, Indy, Challenge and Onyx. Our state-of-the-art products are created by industry-leading manufacturers who enjoy reputations for quality, reliability and innovation. All prices are quoted FOB Broomfield, Colorado USA.

Shipping charges and any applicable sales and use taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All Legasys Products include a no charge ONE YEAR advance exchange in the event of product defect.

All orders ship from Legasys via Federal Express Economy 2-Day Service unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms are available subject to review and approval of credit.

Purchase order numbers are required on all orders with credit terms.

All purchase orders are subject to review and acceptance.

Legasys accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards.

Title to any Legasys products is not conveyed until full payment is received by Legasys.

In the event of defective product, purchaser must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Legasys prior to returning the product.

Freight charges for return of defective product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Legasys does not accept collect shipments without prior approval.

A 15% re-stocking fee is assessed for products returned to Legasys that are not defective.
